Sawadee is Great! 12/19/2007

Another business owner in East Cobb, recommended Sawadee. I was complaining that there are no good Thia restaurants in our area. IHe is right. The food is great. Since then I've been there at least 5 times in 2 months. The shrimp & lobster dishes are very fresh and made to order. Try the crispy whole fish. It is cripsy on the outside and moist & tender inside, with your choice of red or green curry to pour over that don't overwhelm the fish! Well worth the drive from East Cobb! Robin L. more

Cindy, the owner, is awesome. She will make anything the way you like it. The Spicy Beef salad is awesome, along with anthing else on the menu. A very relaxed place, so take the time to try it. Pros: Best Thai Food, Cindy Cons: none more

I have been to this restaurant numerous times and it is always good. I have been at a lot of restaurants in Atlanta and none have the consistency that Sawadee offers. As the other review states the restaurant isnt packed, so reservations are not needed, but they also do a ton of to go orders. (I have seen at least 7 in a one hour period the other night). Service is great, and the suggestions they give you on the menu are always impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant!! Pros: Service, Wait Staff, Great Food more

This place is the best kept secret in Atlanta. I have had Thai all over the city, but this is my favorite. Not only is the food EXCELLENT (perfect amount of spice and fresh), but the server was really nice and fun to talk to. The atmosphere is good too because there usually aren't too many people there and so it's pretty quiet with just music playing. Great date place or to take a large group to without having to make a reservation Pros: excellent food, nice atmosphere, not crowded more
