Grill Disaster Reversed!! 12/1/2011

My first trip to the salon was due to a disaster with my gas grill. When I lit my grill I also lit up my hair and badly burned my bangs and front/sides of my hair! I had remembered that Savoye offered walk in appts and called. I was able to get in with Tammy. She was awesome! I went in thinking my hair would need to be cut off very short, but she saved it!! First she used a deep conditioner and then trimmed my hair. I was due for a full trim so she offered to clean up my ends! I left feeling so relieved and extremely happy with my cut!! Due to their awesome product line, and Tammy's knowledge it, she was able to save most of my hair length!! Thank you!! more

my stylist was really good- listen to what i was looking for in style, and makeup. the only thing i would like to suject- is the makeup area needs to have better lighing. its dark in the area- to really see more
