The Crown Hill location is huge and has a little of everything! If I need to relax, one thing I love to do is sort through all the junk to find the treasures there! Some of my favorite items of clothing have come to me used. It's economically responsible, they have that worn-in comfort that I love, and the best benifit is that I can get higher quality things used rather than going to a store to buy something new that's less quality and more expensive (whew, long sentance)! more

Value Village - a dazzling variety of amazingness 1/19/2006

Value Village is always where I head when I'm looking for anything costume related. Or, more precisely, when I'm looking for anything period. It's kind of a long shot when you have something really specific in mind, but you never know what you're going to find. I prefer the one in Ballard/Crown hill, however there are also large locations in Lake City, Capitol Hill, Redmond, Lynwood, etc. If you can't find what you're looking for specifically, don't fret. They're stock full of enough absurd grandma sweaters and purses to make the trip productive regardless. more
