Saunders Small Engine Repair

I read the other reviews and was shocked. we have been going here for years, and have had a great experience. they are very reasonable, and we have brought our mower, chain saw and trimmer here. Never anything but great service. THey even come pick up our mower. more

Actually 1 star is too good. I would not recommend them at all. They are totally unprofessional. I called them to pick up my mower for repair. I scheduled with them twice, both times they did not show and didn't call until several hours after the appointed timeto say they were running late. They called several weeks later to see if I still wanted them to do the work. I declined because they had already cost me time. I wasn't about to take off work again for them to now show up. The dispatcher then lied and said they came out and no one was at home. Get the picture. They are totally unreliable, unprofessional, not trust-worthy. Not sure if they have more clients than they know what to do with or if they have any. I can assure you I will not be a client. more

I would have done my homework if I actually wanted repair work. I needed a simple part. They didn?t carry it at Lowes and suggested Saunders for it. Got the part, it was the wrong part. No refunds without a receipt (keep your receipts). Get another part, closer but no dice ? plus it was the whole assembly costing twice as much as before. Plus they said it would take over a week to do what I did with no training in 15 minutes with the right part. Don?t even use them as a part supplier. more

DO NOT GO HERE! If i could give them less than 1 star i would. My 77 year-old mother has been faithfully using them for years. Seems like they can't make anything keep running past 1 year. She thought they were the only game in town and apparently they think they are too. We had our Toro ""fixed"" last year and didn't use it until the Spring. We used it twice and it quit working. We called and they want to charge to fix it! They will never see a dime from us and i will find a better place to go! more
