Worst catering experience ever 12/7/2009

This was the most unreliable caterer I have ever used. I used Sault and Pepper and was assured it would be a wonderful party. I did not receive any information regarding my party until the week before! I had followed up with phone calls and emails and never heard back. When I finally saw the menu, the party planner (Sari) did not stick to the budget that I had wanted. It was a complete mess and I would not want anyone to have to go through what I did. Memory Makers 3/16/2006

My family has been using Sault & Pepper for years and I can't say enough about them. Now that I'm a corp event planner, I use them all the time. They take the guesswork out of staging big events and make me look like a star every time. The food is amazing and beautiful and always hot and fresh--even at big events. They do everything and do it well. My very picky boss raved about our last event from the food to the super-gracious serving staff. Pros: delicious, beautiful work, affordable more

Major dissapointment 2/27/2006

From the get-go working with these guys was a dissapointment. They were always late in getting back to us with proposals or even phone calls (I am talking weeks not days). We did have a tasting with them which was very good - but due to them always being late with things they promised to get to us, not returning phone calls and just plain not giving us any reason to have any faith that they would do a better job with our event than what was reflected in their complete lack of communication and inability to do things on time when they said they would. more
