Sauer Properties is one of the worst property management organizations EVER! These properties are run down and not well kept. The tenents are section 8 individuals who can care less about the quality of the complex or other neighbors. Please watch out for bugs ie roaches. The place on 13014 Sherman is INFESTED with roaches and the tenents are noisy with even more loud & unruly children! Also, if something goes wrong in your apartment, dont expect immediate service. These guys are the epitome of a ""slum lord"". If I had read the reviews written before this one, I wouldn't have made the huge mistake of moving into one of these properties. Save yourself the trouble, folks. Keep looking. This place is a dump.
