Since saturn doesn't give dealers much leeway to bargain on price, the only thing to differentiate the good from the bad dealers is how they treat you. This place has nice facilities, complementary internet access in the waiting room, and didn't give me any guff about the issues I brought up when I brought the car back- squeaking window lifter and lousy wiper blades. The sales guy was nice, if a bit ditzy (we needed to check everything he told us, since he kept getting all the different models' promotions mixed up. The only down side to this place is the sales manager- Peter- who was rude and dishonest. I think he had a quota to fill by a certain date, so when we bought the car on the 5th of the month, he kept trying to fill out the paperwork as the 1st. When I pointed this out, he moved it to the 3rd. He struck me as someone who should be selling used junkers from a dirt lot somewhere, not working for a new car dealership.
