I REGRET SHOPPING AT SASSY'S BRIDAL IN OVIEDO MALL. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THIS FEMALE CALLED HERSELF THE ""MGR"" AT 1ST WHEN WE BOUGHT THE PROM DRESS. A PAIR OF $42.00 COSTUME JEWELRY EARRINGS SHE 1ST GAVE AS A GIFT FOR BUYING THE EXPENSIVE DRESS-THEN LIED & CHARGED US FOR WERE DEFECTIVE W/ A STONE MISSING. WHEN WE DISCOVERED THIS RIGHT BEFORE PICKING-UP THE DRESS WHICH WAS BEING MENDED FROM A TEAR ALREADY FROM OTHERS TRYING IT ON, SHE BECAME HOSTILE & WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY. SHE SAID REFUNDS ONLY IN ""10 MINUTES AFTER THE SALE"" . HA, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT FOLKS! WHEN I ASKED FOR THE ""OWNERS"" PH. #, SHE WOULD NOT GIVE IT. I INSISTED-SHE ONLY GAVE 1ST NAME & THE STORE # (RIGHT WHERE SHE WAS). HENCE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO CONTACT RENAULT GONEL. UPON PICKING-UP THE NOW MENDED DRESS & HOPING FOR A ""MENDED"" RESOLUTION, ""MGR"" SAYS TO ME, "" WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IF I TOLD YOU I WAS THE OWNER?"" I LOOKED AT HER & LAUGHED . SHE CHANGED HER TITLE FROM MGR TO OWNER & STORE POLICY REHARDING RETURNS WITHIN SEVEN DAYS ALL OVER A $42.00 PAIR OF DEFECTIVE EARRINGS! WE PAID OVER $350.00 FOR THE PROM DRESS! FYI: WE WERE IN THE 7 DAYS WHEN WE 1ST WENT THERE, BUT NOT WITHIN THE 10 MINUTES : ( FOR THE RETURN, LOL! THIS WOMAN WENT BACK & FORTH SEVERAL TIMES, LIE AFTER LIE! NOT ONLY DID SHE CHALLENGE & ARGUE W/ME & MY TEENAGER, SHE YELLED. I REGRET I EVER WALKED INTO THAT STORE AT ALL. IT WAS A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE MALL (OVIEDO) MANAGER HAD TO GET INVOLVED.
