I have worked with them. 10/27/2010

I have been an ownwer with them and they took over for me and operated my house for over a year and were very good about making sure they collected (when I gave them the contract the tenant owed me 3 months and they got the tenant out in 3 DAYS! and got me a new qualified tenant!) and the fact that they ASKED me before they spent any money was the best part about working with them. They always tooko care of me and my tenant and it was only because I sold the house that I let them go. I recommend them. more
