STARTED IN FT EDWARD WITH THE 7532 CUBCADET 8 YRS AGO AND STILL GOING STRONG , NOTHING BROKE, NOTHING WRONG. HAVE HAD OTHER TYPES OF GREENCOLORED TRACTORS THAT I LOST A REAR END IN AND THE FACTORY FORGOT TO PUT THRUST WASHERS IN . 4500.00 DOLLARS LATER , I HAVE HAD THE GREATEST OF LUCK IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT BUT I WON,T BECAUSE IT WAS BUILT BETTER THAN OTHERS, SERVICE WAS GREAT ONLY EXPERIANCED ONE THING WRONG! A RATTLE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A ROD NOCK BUT THEY FOUND IT AND FIXED IT. THANKS ED FOR PUTTING MY HEART BACK WHERE IT BELONGS. HE CALLED BACK UP AND SAID THAT HE WOULD BRING IT RIGHT BACK FOR ME AND I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS OK I'D PICK IT UP ON MY TRAILER AND THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THEY REPAIR EITHER WHICH I THOUGHT WAS WONDERFUL, JOE CALLED ME AFTER HE DELIVERED THE TRACTOR WHEN IT WAS NEW, SAID IF I EVER NEEDED ANYTHING, GIVE HIM A HOLLER, I DID AND CAME THROUGH ,,,,GREAT PEOPLE TWO OF NEIGHBORS BOUGHT COMPACT TRACTORS SHORTLY AFTERWARDS HAVEN'T HEARD ANY PROBLEMS. Over the years we have come to rely on Saratoga Ag for repairs both large and small, as well as some new equipment. We can always count on quick turn around and un-inflated invoices. Due to the nature of repairs, an estimate is an estimate, not a final invoice. For another reviewer to complain on a different final invoice doesn't make sense. I'm sure if it came in under-estimate he wouldn't have come do a positive review. Joe and Ed are awesome. Good honest guys who do a good honest job at a fair rate. They don't ""rape you"" like the big dealers, but they certainly know what they are doing. They have done full rebuilds on tractors to generator servicing, and we've always been pleased with their work. We also bought a snowblower a few years back that is far superior to ""big box"" crap. Support local business! more

@%#$@ing CRIMINALS!! I had brought a small lawn tractor to them, I was very nice and understanding as to other jobs they had going but was promised it back in a week to ten days..... 3 and a half months later, 260 dollars above their estimate (550 dollars), large scratches on the tractor, AND doesn't even run that well.... I brought my tractor home. The other review surely was written by a family member or the hacks themselves. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF THEM CHANGING A TUBE IN A TIRE. more
