This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I brought a PC case in to be shipped because I was moving out of state. 2 weeks later, still no PC case. The tracking number for the label for Fed-Ex they printed off was no good, and when I call trying to get the correct info for the package, I get told they will call me back because they are busy with customers, as if I'm not considered a customer. Today I was told they ""finally"" tracked it down and it was sent to the wrong state/address. But they could still not give me the tracking info for this. This has been a nightmare experience. Save yourself the time and hassle and visit an actual Fed-Ex store or UPS store to ship anything!
