GREAT PIZZA / Wings 3/21/2010

Ed and the rest of the people have been wonderful in getting me my food fast and hot. Only had a messed up order once and the manager went out of his way to make up for the error and delivered it himself, ...... wont order from anywhere else .......... Pros: FAST Delivery / Hot Hot Food Delivery Cons: some sides are smallish ie fries cole slaws etc more

Horrible Customer Service 2/5/2008

We live about 2 minutes from Santoras Phase II on Deleware. We ordered a double order of fingers and garlic bread on a Tuesday night. Not only did it take 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery (we were told 40 mins) but we got it the food was cold. I called to complain and no one took my complaints seriously. Very upset with customer service from this location!!!! Pros: Food is ok Cons: Serive is horrible more

Pizza is very good 3/4/2007

I've been a longstanding customer of Santora's Phase II, but at a different location (on Millersport Hwy, near the University at Buffalo) and have sworn by their pizza. Since I have moved, I tried this location and must say that their pizza is prepared slightly different, but none-the-less very good. The pizza isn't thin Brooklyn style pizza, nor is it as thick as some places like La Nova, but in between and very tasty. I highly recommend Santora's to those with a need for Pizza. Pros: Very good pizza - not too thin, not too thick Cons: UB's Santora's is better more
