I was excited to find someone to install my pet's invisible fence at a reasonable price. The guy orginally came out to the house and was almost an hour late. I called him to make sure he was still coming and he said he didn't have my phone number to call and tell me he was late. After he took a look at the yard, he told me to call back in the next week when he would get some more systems in. I called back, left a message and didn't hear back from him for over two weeks. Then I called back, he said he had lost my number,again, and was glad I called back, and we set up a time for him to come out and install the invisible fence. That day came, still no one was out yet to mark utlities, so I called him to confirm that everything was still on and he said his mother-in-law was ill in the hospital and wouldn't be able to make it out today. Why didn't he call me? I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He then told me he would call me the next Sunday to set something up. Never heard from him. Meanwhile, I had already paid for the service and it was charged to my credit card. I called that next Monday and left a message for him. Never heard back from him yet again. I called the next day, he answered, said his mother-in-law had passed away and set something up for that coming Saturday. Saturday comes, still no utility marking in my yard, I call him, AGAIN, leave a message, don't hear back for a couple of hours, so then I decide that I'm tired of this. After five phone calls (none of which are from him), two missed appts., and now having to stop payment and a lot of frustration it's not worth it. I don't know what to believe from him and even if it was installed, who knows if I'd ever be able to get in contact with him for my warranty or to fix it. I called Kennelwood and they did my invisible fence. It cost more, but I know I can trust them and the service was 100 times better. I do not reccommend Santilawn to anyone.
