Happy Anyone who complains about this car wash clearly has not been to enough car washes in around here. This place is definitely one of my favorites....I would not give them 5 st...

It's a great car wash... IF you don't mind someone tracking dirty footprints onto your floormats, leaving drops of water/solution all over your dash, a couple scratches on the bac...

Happy Anyone who complains about this car wash clearly has not been to enough car washes in around here. This place is definitely one of my favorites....I would not give them 5 stars otherwise. Always make my car look brand new. more

Best car wash in town 12/2/2010

First time at Santa Monica Car Wash and i got to say it is number one. They open earlier then any car wash so i get my car wash right before i go to work. The staff is most of all the best of any car wash near there, So respectful and don't try to hustle you. I talk to the manager there and the new ownership started Jan.1 2008. I was sitting in the waiting area and the employees brought a finished detailed car of another customer and i was in shock how beautiful the car looked. This is by far the best car wash on the west side. more

In and out... too bad they forgot to wash my car 4/17/2007

It's a great car wash... IF you don't mind someone tracking dirty footprints onto your floormats, leaving drops of water/solution all over your dash, a couple scratches on the back of your car, and maybe a present from the birds left ignored on your sunroof. That and their vacuums might not be able to pick up heavy things like leaves or lint, because this was all still there, as well. Pros: Ambience, Speed, Price Cons: Service, everything else more

My one and only (forever) experience with this place was straight out of the movie ?Brazil?: I had an appointment for a wash/wax/interior detail at 9 am the next day. I show up for the appt. and the guy says ?come back at 10 because we don?t know if its gonna rain or not and don?t know if we?re gonna be open today, gotta wait and see what the boss says.? I say ?well, that?s OK, you can just do the interior, since that?s most important anyway.? The guy sticks to his guns and states that no work will commence until he hears from the bossman at 10.
