Tom and his staff treated me right and gave me a great deal on my van. The whole transaction went smoothly, options were explained well and all my questions were answered. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable or friendlier group of people. If I had to purchase another vehicle I'd be right back in Toyota Santa Cruz dealing with the same 'gang'. more

High level of professionalism. 8/9/2011

We just completed a transaction for a client of ours throught Toyota of Santa Cruz. It was our first experience dealing with them and I found them to be an extremely professional and on top of their game. The majority of the credit goes to their outstanding sales representative, Jeffrey Long. Jeffrey facilitated this transaction on his end both expeditiously and with a very high level of professionalism. He even went so far as to personally hand wash my client's existing car which he was selling to a friend. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship! more

our family have owned Toyotas for the past 20 years, all were purchased from Toyota of Santa Cruz, the sales staff are the greatest and I just need to say I LOVE..LOVE..LOVE.. My new Vensa, out of all the different cars and trucks we owned this is the most comfortable and the gas use is the best. I went to phoenix on 1 1/3 tanks of gas. The service is great as well. The best price 7/12/2011

We shopped around for a new Toyota all around the bay area and found the best price and no hassle negotiation with Jeff (Internet Sales) @ SC Toyota. We had an awesome experience and would recommend Jeff to anyone who wants to get to the chase with Price and what they can or cant do for you. Save me tons of time and money :). We have purchased many cars through out my life but I got to say this was probably the best experience I have ever had. We drove up from Dublin to SC to finalize the deal. Thank you Jeff! more

A better deal 7/8/2011

My Mom was in the market for a new car, so we went to Toyota of Santa Cruz interested in the Venza. She got a better deal than I could find anywhere in the Valley as well. The Venza is amazing! It's like a Lexus, only $20,000 cheaper! more

They really, really try to please their customers 6/21/2011

We have purchased three cars from Toyota of Santa Cruz over the past 3 years. I will most likely stick with Toyota simply because this dealership is amazing. Julie Frugoli and Greg Audino are by far the best in the business. The finance manager even drove my new floor mats over the hill to Gilroy for me! I mean, they really, really try to please their customers. more

Toyota Santa Cruz has done most of the routine factory-recommended maintenance on my 06 Highlander Hybrid for about 60,000 miles. I've had about 4 years of experience with their service department. more
