Not a job - a CAREER!!! 4/19/2011

This school has made such a positive impact in my life. Most school are 9 months and over $15000, where as this school is a quick 10 weeks and costs less than half of what other schools charge. They even offer a care credit payment plan if you can't pay up front. Not only did I get my dental assisting certificate, but also my x ray license, CPR certification, scrubs, and my own custom bleaching trays that we got to make in class. \r While most students are stuck in monotonous classrooms, this school is taught right inside of a dental office, where you do all of the lab assignments. They also allow you to do intern hours at their office where some of the teachers work. They were so helpful in answering my questions, letting me practice on the mannequins, and letting me jump right into the assistant's chair! They even let me come back to the office a few times after I graduated to help me practice taking x rays.\r There are so many career opportunities in the dental field and this is a great place to get started!\r more

Best Decision Ive ever made 4/14/2011

I recently received my Dental Assisting Certification from SCSDA, and could not be happier! In only a few months I had my CDA, Radiology license, and began a great new career. Right now I earn a little more than twice what I made before I entered the program.\r \r The girls that teach the classes are super friendly, and create a very learning conducive environment. By the end of the program, I felt really confident in my skills! It was such an enjoyable experience, I miss being in part of the program honestly.\r \r Most of the girls in the class were offered jobs from the practices at which they did their interning hours! \r \r You get hands-on experience during your interning, which is a major plus once you are looking for a position. The program is also really flexible to a full-time working schedule, which was really nice! Love my new life thanks to SCSDA 4/11/2011

This school is awesome. I achieved a career in only 10 weeks. The class was fun too! I never wanted to leave. This career path I chose is now giving me the ability to provide for my family and it feels great! If I didn't attend SCSDA I probably would still be unemployed. The dental field is the way to go and the Santa Clarita school of Dental Assisting can take you there! more

I dont know where I would be without SCSDA 4/11/2011

If I didnt attend this school, I honestly dont know what my career path would be. The Santa Clarita School of Dental Assisting gave me not only a career but a great education. This school not only taught me to be a great dental assistant, but it also widen my opportunities and I am now applying to schools to become a dental hygienist! The staff and instructors were more than wonderful. They were very informative and also catered to every students need. I graduated from this school in 2006 and got hired right away. Ever since my graduation I have been working as a dental assistant and even became registered as an RDA. The experience is great and I love every minute of it! more

Best school for dental assisting 4/11/2011

SCSDA is a cool school. I became a dental assistant in 10wks. When class was finished I didnt even want to leave, I wanted to keep on coming to class..that is how fun the instructors and staff make it. The way they teach makes dentistry so simple! I do not regret signing up at all because this gave me a career I had always wanted.This school is great for any person! more

I love SCSDA 4/10/2011

I went to this school in 2006. I honestly dont know what I would have been doing if I had not enrolled. This school has opened my eyes to a career path I never thought I would have gone on. The instructors were so kind and very informative. They actually took the time with every student and helped them to achieve success. I was hired shortly after I finished the 10 wk course and have been a registered dental assistant for a long time now. This course also helped open my eyes to futher my education and I am now applying to become a dental hygienist! I love this school and I highly recommend it to anyone! more

AMAZING SCHOOL! 4/9/2011

I attended this school, and I have nothing but great things to say about SCSDA. I learned so much in just 10 weeks. I am so happy I chose SCSDA because I wanted to change my life, and I wanted to do it fast. SCSDA has the best teachers, the best state of the art equipment to work with, and their staff is so friendly and welcoming. I had the best 10 weeks, and got a job right away! I can only thank SCSDA for helping me achieve my goal in becoming a dental assistant. Without them I would be working a minimum wage job somewhere. They gave me the tools I needed to succeed. more

One of a Kind! 4/9/2011

Santa Clarita School of Dental Assisting is one of a kind. The second I sat down to start my class I was instantly satisfied. The classroom is neat, the instructors are thorough, and the material is up to date explaining everything perfectly. I am male, and was worried that dental assisting was more for women. I was wrong! I am so glad I chose this career! I was hired right away with the experience I obtained from SCSDA. I would recommend this course to everyone! You won't regret it! more
