When walking into this small store in Goleta for the first time I felt a bit nervous. Here I was trusting these people to provide me with safe SCUBA gear. This place is awesome....

When walking into this small store in Goleta for the first time I felt a bit nervous. Here I was trusting these people to provide me with safe SCUBA gear. This place is awesome. They are very nice and helpful and as a first time SCUBA diver taking the class at UCSB they not only outfitted me correctly with what I needed, they also provide a discount for UCSB students. My friend, who is an avid and experinced SCUBA diver, came in to jusy get an oxygen tank and they gave her the discount as well. Great store for all of your "aqautic" needs! more

Good place 8/12/2005

Aquatics is a sporting goods store in goleta that specializes in aquatic supplies. They have a good selection of wet suits and fins. If you are taking the suba class at UCSB they do offer a discount to students. The staff that works at the store is very friendly and will help explain the differences between products, because I was kind of lost the first time I went in there to get my mask and fins for suba class. They carry everything that you can think of when it comes to aquatic sports. One time my friends were looking for a Hawaiian sling to fish with and found it there. Check it out some time more

Dive Shop 7/29/2005

Santa Barbara Aquatics is a local dive shop in Goleta, located on Hollister avenue. They have a lot of gear available for sale but the prices can be pretty high. This is normal for small dive shops and you probably won’t find much better locally. They also run certification courses onsite and at UCSB. more
