Great diagnostic ability. Had two other companies give me a bunch of nonsense from replacement of the entire unit costing thousands to complete guessing of what was the problem and still charging a diagnostic fee. Fifteen minutes after Sansone arrival, the problem was diagnosed correctly and 10 minutes after that fixed, $210.00......thank you. more

we have used sansone for 16 years---and until recently was always very satisfied. Unfortunatley my last experience was not as good. Was told information by a service technician that was not true. Also for some reason, sansone is now emailing me that the tech is on the way---not calling and i do not get my email so i have no way of knowing. If they are going to do that---they need to ask first to see if a person gets email by phone and would be notified. The second service person who came was very good--I have had him before and from now on will ask very specifically for him more

Five Star Company I have been a Sansone customer for many years. I recommend them to all my friends. I have a service contract, an item I never buy, however a Sansone service contract means they really will take care of my AC System. I bought my last AC unit from them after using them only for service. Sansone may cost a little more than other other local AC companies but considering the importance of an air conditioning system in South Florida, and looking at all of particulars they are priced correctly. I am very pleased to be a customer. more

I never post reviews unless I am really bothered by something. I have been a customer for 20+ years and the past few months I have seen service and quality deteriorate from what I know it can and should be from years past. Although my tech Rick is always great, he was provided the wrong part for my refrigerator after waiting 2+ weeks to get it installed. Not a happy camper at taking off work for that. They need better quality control and monitoring. In past months, appointments have been delayed, canceled or overlooked. Never received a call back when asked to speak to an owner after getting nowhere with other staff. Guess they think the problem will just go away, as will my business. more

The three service personnel who came to correct a leaking A/C line under the building on a concrete slab were terrific!! They had to analyze the situation, develop a strategy, and execute the plan. They pulled about 70 feet of leaking copper tubing out while having the replacement tubing pulled in. When they left, everything was neat, properly connected, tested, and working fine. A tough job well done!! more
