After a tenant of 2.5 years moved out of my rental home, my carpet was in dire need of a deep cleaning. The previous tenant left many food/dirt/pet stains in my off white carpet. I put in a call to Sanosteam and Hank and Josh came out to clean them up. The service techs were professional and courteous. A few hours later the carpet was clean and smelled amazing. I would definitely use Sanosteam again and recommend anyone needing a deep clean do the same. more

I was very concerned about someone cleaning in my home, frustrated by being baited with low prices and pressure by sales people once they show up. Sano Steam provided a cleaning quote over the phone and that was it. my experience with cleaning was great. I will recommend Sano Steam to any one looking for carpet cleaning in Wilmington. more

Quick and Thorough Service 3/2/2012

The guys were courteous and professional cleaners. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was also surprised at how quickly they finished the carpet cleaning. No mess or cleanup afterward. I will schedule them to come out and clean my air duct in spring. Happy customer. more

Upholstery and Furniture - Clean Very impressed with overall job. My couch was in a spot that was in the sun most of the day and I thought it had faded but after the cleaning job, it looked like new so it must have been dust! Will definately use them again! Pros: Thumbs up Cons: nothing more

They Start By Cleaning All the duct work, sucked all the dust from top of my cabinet, walls and services. hepa vacummed my mattresses, upholstrey furniture and then cleaned my carpet. they called it "Dust Out" I called it Custom Sanitary Cleaning. I was amazed when the translation for sano was sa-no; "clean" (sanitary) custom job. Rarely used now. Pros: anti Allergy, anti athsma clean and fresh more

They saved my furniture! 10/25/2007

I have a sofa, loveseat, and 2 matching chairs that I have had for about 4 years. I have also had little kids and dogs for about 4 years that like to make my furniture dirty. I was having them come out to clean my carpet and mentioned I was replacing my furniture and the guy at the office suggested I let them try cleaning it for me first. After they did one cushion from the couch I had to have them do the entire set--IT LOOKED GREAT! Oh yeah, and the carpet looked great as always, too. Anyway, thanks a lot guys--you saved me from spending about $3000.00 on new furniture and I got to keep my favorite chair. Pros: All was great--I can't think of anything they didn't do right for me. more
