Last drop of water that is! I am a building contractor who has several rental propertys. One was at Indiana University in Bloomington Ind. This town has horrible clay dirt and old housing which means leaking basements and crawls.After doing extensive research I could not find a better interior Waterproofing product then sanitred. Its also tried and true being in use for over 20 years.(thats important!) I didnt like the cost of it (its expensive) but You only get one chance to do it right. Its also a good DIY project but you must follow the directions. As a building professional I never scrimp on buying quality materials when its me doing the work.
