Visiting St. Augustine for a mid-week break we stopped in to Sangria's on a whim on a Monday evening, and found we were the only customers there until another couple came in halfway through our meal. We had the cheese & fruit plate: a sample of 6 different cheeses with some fruits and plenty of delicious rosemary foccacia bread. This was surprisingly filling. Then I had a spinach/cream cheese stuffed phyllo pastry served on mixed greens - good, but not great and especially for the price. The portion was small and the stuffing underseasoned. My other half had the seared tuna - this was good portion size but a little overseasoned. The spice rub/crust was a overpowering and detracted from the sushi-grade tuna.
Pros: Intimiate atmosphere, great tourist location
Cons: Pricey - $75 for 1 app, 2 entrees, 1 drink
