Sango Place Apartments

I am sorry to see the negative reviews from past years. That is certainly not an accurate image of this complex or its management now. The office staff are very friendly and have worked very quickly to resolve every problem I have had. The apartments are older units but they are VERY well maintained. They are in a great quiet area. I honestly can't think of a better place to rent. I would reccommend Sango Place as a exceptional place to live!!!! Pros: Great place all around! Cons: None that I have seen! more

The staff worked really well with us on a 3 month lease. They were attentive to our maintenance requests. we had 3 vehicles but could only park 2 in our lot. the other one they said we could park in another lot nearby. Pros: Good location for 1-24 commute Cons: only 2 cars for parking more

I moved into Sango Place Apartments a couple of weeks ago. So far, I love it here. I have met my neighbors Sara and Chad. They are very nice. I requested a new mini blind for my bedroom. The service tech was there within 24 hrs and replaced it for me. I give Sango Place Apts. 5 stars. TRULY a great place to live so far. Leslie(at the office) is very very nice. Used to be a safe environment until the pedifiles, felons, and dealers moved in. Not a safe environment for children anymore. Management sucked! Had to call the police several times for drunken disturbances, fights and dealer activity! Management tries to take everyone to court that leaves to get more money on bogus charges. Pros: good school district Cons: poor management and environment more

I have lived here for 3 months, I pay 690 dollars in rent. The place was filthy when i moved in and I wrote it all down on move in inspection, was told it would be cleaned. The following week a new manager and she to this day has not cleaned what was on my list of FILTHY. My air conditioner has not worked properly for the duration of my living here and my electric bill is running 180 a month for a 2 bedroom town home. I have polled and got all my neighbors bills (all between $70 and $80)and presented them to the manager and they refuse to have my air conditioner properly fixed because in their eyes nothing is wrong with it. The 2nd time the Air conditioner man came out to fix my ac, I found out was done under the table and he was not on company time and was doing some ""moonlighting"". BUSTED! I am now in dispute with them and using Fort Campbell Housing Services to help with my problem. The Pool is NEVER open so if you are coming here because you want to swim, DONT count on using their pool. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE, RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY , from any of the following: Sango Place, Waterbury Apartments and Coyote Court because all 3 are the same manager and i agree with first person, Horrible management. Cons: Management horrible, refuses to acknowledge a problem in the mean time, u are sweating your buns off in 110 weather. site want let u curse. go figure more
