Alex at Sanford serviced my furnace and replaced some faulty equipment. He was exceptionally courteous, did great work, and took time to answer all of my questions. This kind of service is what I've come to expect from Sanford. I'll be giving my business to them as long as they will take it. more

Alex was very professional and courteous. He explained the problem with the boiler in a way you could understand and presented various options to solve the problem ranging from a quick fix to a more permanent one. You could pick the one that fit your budget. more

Heating Inspection and Tune-up 11/18/2013

Sanford Temperature Control has been servicing our furnace and water heater for several years and they have always provided top-notch service. Alex has regularly been our service tech and he is always courteous and thorough. I really appreciate the time he takes to explain the work he has done and the way he alerts us to any possible problems with the system. We have never felt pressured to buy any products or services we didn't feel were necessary. I would recommend both Alex and Sanford to anyone. more

Now She Gets It! 4/5/2012

I have been a customer of Sanford Temperature Control for about 2 years. There are any number of plumbing/heating contractors in the area, but few provide the level of customer service that Sanford does. My initial contact with the company was Cathy, and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She calls to confirm your appointments, to provide a "heads-up" when the technician is on their way, and as a follow-up to ensure that the service/repairs were completed to your satisfaction. From start to finish, she is a winner! more

Bad Experience with a Very Positive Ending! 4/5/2012

Arrived home late one night during the week recently to a leaking hot water heater. Called Sanford Temperature Controls and was immediately contacted by a company representative.Was contacted again first thing in the AM to schedule replacement that day. Technicians (Matt and Alex) arrived very timely, were very courteous, professional and provided a standard of service rarely seen these days. I especially like the little red disposable booties they wear, to avoid tracking mud, dirt, etc. in the house-nice touch! more
