\r I would not suggest this place to ANYONE as long as the individual by the name of DAVID BOGLE works there. This so called man was seen by many witnesses including myself cursing at one of the nurses calling her a F ing B word WHILE a child was present in the waiting room. The police had to be called to get him out of the building. PLEASE ask yourself what kind of owner would hire a man like this and keep him for OVER A YEAR with this kind of behavior. more

i want go back very rude 3/17/2012

they told us the same thing about getting my husband medical records there would be a $30 charge after being told it would take them a little while before they could get them together after waiting about 15 mins then they told me it would be a charge why didnt they tell me this befpre making me wait them are my husbands records why do i have to pay for something that i have paid for one time already they sure didnt do them for free then told me i have to bring back the xrays within 2 weeks i dont think so. All of this i believe was due to us telling them that we no longer wanted to use them anymore t more

I was very unhappy to know if you are a patient and you request your medical records, that charge you a fee of $30.00. This are your records, why do you have to paid for them Cons: Poor customer service more

Covington One Medical offers a variety of services. From flu shots to back pain. The staff at Covington One Medical is top notch with smiles on their faces everytime I walk in the door. It makes seeing the Doctor a lot better. They even have nutritional programs to keep their customers healthy. What a great office. Pros: The staff is excellent more
