WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 4/7/2009

Waited 45 minutes for my sandwiches. Called to find out how much longer. The sandwiches were on their way, the woman on the other end of the phone said. And it was there in two minutes. One sandwich was wrong fries were cold. Called only to have them send the correct sandwich and the manager brought it over himself in 5 minutes. He had a horrible attitude. Made a point to tell me that it hadn't even been an hour before I had called to ask about the foods where abouts. What happened to customer service at this place? I used to order from Sandwich joint 3 times a week & WILL NOT EVER AGAIN. Thanks for nothing. Pros: usually has great sandwiches and customer service Cons: everything was horrible today more

Tasty sandwiches. Lots of variety. Go there and try th ""Golden Clucker"". Your taste buds will love you for it. Pros: Very very tasty Cons: limited seating more

Literally Best Sandwich Joint 10/30/2007

This is the closest thing to Penn Station you can get. For those who know Penn Station from back East or MidWest, you understand what I mean. Their selection is excellent and the ingredients are even better. They take their time making great sandwiches, but worth the wait. They even can make your sandwich into a salad - like Penn Station. My new favorite sandwich joint! Pros: Excellent service, great food, done with care Cons: Only 1 in Austin in obscure location more
