Horrible Staff 8/4/2008

I am a current resident & have nothing but problems out of them. You call 1,000 times for them to fix something & they never show up. I live in a 1bdrm. apt on the bottom floor & my electric bill is $225.00. They finally after about 20 days in a row of leaving messages for them to come out & I threatened to call Venterra Realty.......they finally came out. There office turnover rate is ridiculous! Do not reccomend at all!!! Pros: LOTS OF POOLS Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE........DOG MESS EVERYWHERE! more
