Spa 12/5/2005

This is a great day spa or otherwise in russian called as banya. They have tables for snacks where you can sit while you are not in the sauna or the pool. They give out bath robes and slippers. They have changing rooms separately for men and women. They also have the after party where you can order russian food. They also have "veneki" which you use to really heat up in there. Its a nice place to relax and fill with health. more

Relaxing 10/17/2005

This day spa is an excellent idea for a spot of relaxation. It seems like something to do that is out of the ordinary from the daily hangouts that you have with you friends. It is a good way to get "health" into your system and get the blood flowing through your organs. They have the dry and wet saunas. They have a couple of rooms. You are provided with bathrobes and slippers. You can order tea with jam and sit at tables. There is a pool and a jacuzzeeee. There is also an ice bath. After a refreshing evening, you can have dinner with your party. The russina food is great. It turns out to be a bit pricey yet it is a worthwhile attraction. more

  • In Short
Located in Brooklyn's mostly uncharted mid-zone, this bathhouse hides quite the amenities. Social locals sweat it out together, sharing stories while relaxing in wooden Russian, Turkish and Finnish saunas (which utilize dry heat, wet heat and steam respectively). A bubbly Jacuzzi keeps temperatures high, while dips in the cold plunge and swimming pools wash away toxins and cool the skin. An international cafe continues the neighborly vibe, serving up dishes from kebabs to stroganoff.
