I saw FNP June Peck. She was great, but not worth what the office puts you through. I was switched to this office (after an army move) on a Monday. Three days later I was positive I had a kidney infection (I have a history of them and am very familiar with the symptoms). I called to schedule an appointment ... two weeks they told me. I told them I would be dead by then. Two weeks, sorry. So I asked for a referral to an urgent care or the ER. No, they said. (I was transfered into voicemails and put on hold for hours prior to this). I left messages and no one called back. I had no other choice but to just go into the office and beg. So I did, barely able to walk, crying and vomiting. Finally they agreed to see me.
