Nice place to chill out 9/5/2006

We are only here temporarily (sub-letting for 1 month) but it seems like a pretty cool place.\r \r It's around the corner from Safeway, the library, a Soccer pitch and a basketball court - overall a nice location.\r \r The residents at this place seem fairly varied (we noticed mostly young professionals) and there were no loud annoying kids which was a bonus.\r \r There is a sign up warning about www.prop65apt.org but according to http://www.sfaa.org/magazine/archives/05/may/0505.legalqa.html it's not a big deal. more
