Sanctuary Golf Course

For the money this is one of the best deals in golf - its in a awesome part of North Scottsdale, and is currently as of this writing in great shape. Additionally golfers can come out and get great deals to hit range balls without having to golf, and the range is on real grass not those stupid mats of fake grass you get at other courses. And for you guys I have to say this golf course has the HOTTEST beverage girls and restaurant staff that are super friendly and easy to look at!! Also food is great and not overpriced - try the Estrada Burger - it rocks! Anyway I recommend this course to anyone who is looking to get high end style golf without the high end prices. more

I would not recommend this golf course to junior golfers. The golf professional does not treat young golfers with respect. My son and his friend, who are very respectful golfers, were recently pulled off the back nine of the course and falsely accused of not paying. When they produced their receipts, the pro quickly came up with another excuse for removing them from play. Ultimately he let me replay the front nine, not the back nine. When it was suggested that they receive a refund or another round of golf, the pro and the director of golf were unapologetic and showed no interest in maintaining any level of customer satisfaction. It is unfortunate, because these boys had been playing all summer long and were loyal customers. They will not be playing this course in the future. We have many ties to many golfers in this community and will pass along our dissatisfaction with the management of this course. The groundskeepers were very annoying during our round of early morning golf. They followed us from hole to hole. They were yelling to each other as we were trying to play through. They were even having their lunch in the bunker and were not holding back the conversation.
