Derek is very knowledgeable in his field and does a great job representing his company. Great Service 7/8/2017

Of course our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days this summer ! A friend referred Sanborn's to me for our a/c problem. I called on Friday night and Derek arrived to our home Saturday morning around 9:30. He is very polite and professional. He showed me exactly what the problem was and we had a working a/c unit in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and give a fair price ! Service review 1/13/2017

I recently began having problems with my heating system not working and Sanborn's sent out a technician very quickly on each call I made. It took several visits to find the problem but the technician Derek was persistent and found the problem and as of today it is working great. I want to commend Derek on his professional and friendly attitude and tell Sanborn's that he is a 5 star employee in my opinion. Not only did he fix my heating issue, but he also brought to my attention a potential problem of a gas leak that he could smell but I had not noticed and I called the Gas Company and they were able to come right out and locate it so I am thankful to him for that. As always I am pleased with the service from Sanborn's and have been a customer for many, many years! more

Sanborn's calls to schedule and confirm the appointment, and notify when the tech is on the way. Techs are always timely, yay!! Always a positive experience, highly recommend more
