I have lived here since September 2010 and I really like it. When I first moved in I did have a problem with a neighbor but the office staff handled it right away and have'nt had a poblem since. I've met several really nice people here that are great neighbors. The staff here always has a open door even if you just need a friendly ear. Pros: null Cons: null more

Moving Back In! 10/4/2011

Can't wait to move back into San Tropez! I know it's not for everyone but the place I was just at in Tempe was horrible, unfriendly and snotty. The atmosphere just walking my dog around is great, everyone says hello or will even stop you to have a conversation. I have never lived any where else like this. Again..I can't wait!! more

Great place to relax 9/21/2011

My wife and I have lived at San Tropez for 1 year now and loved the Summer time here. We would walk down to the pool and BBQ for dinner. The weekends are always fun. We will live here till we are able to get a house. more

So Happy To Live Here! 8/10/2011

I just moved to Arizona from out of state and I rented here without visting the property first. I have to say I was a bit hesitant at first but once I made it here I couldn't be more happy. I've met so many people at the pool and I've joined the San Tropez kickball team (which is awesome) For those of you who are moving here from out of state or just moving to the area I highly recommend San Tropez........ Oh yea, they also have the greenbelt in the back which is awesome cuz I love to go biking/running :) more

San Tropez is my new home! 8/10/2011

I love my new apartment, and love love living here at San Tropez. It has everything I need,the pool is awesome and already I've met new friends. Everyday I come home I feel as if I live at a resort. So happy I picked San Tropez for my new home. more

San Tropez 6/14/2011

Only been here for a couple of months, but I must say living at San Tropez so far is my favorite place. I told the girls in the office how much I loved it here and recommended that I write a review. So here it is! San Tropez is great, I love hanging out at the pool, meeting neighbors playing volleyball and in the gym. I definately plan on staying here for a while. more
