This Place Sucks 10/16/2009

I have lived here for almost two years, in which there has been 3 different management companies. The lastest one has to be the worst. Over July 4th weekend, the leasing office decided to have a party of their own where they invited their own guests which took up about 2/3 of the pool space. Meanwhile two of the leasing agents ( Sarah and another short hair blonde to be exact) were getting drunk; one of them was making out with a guy on a pool chair while children were present, and the other was in the pool with her legs wrapped around a some guy making out with him while her boyfriend angrily looked on and stormed off. Is that any way to act in front of people you lease to? Pros: None Cons: Management and Staff more

I would first off like to Apologize for the last management team... I'm sure they did everything they could to help... But i would like to inform you that San Marin is now under New Management and we Really Do Care. Our Maintenance team is Fast and Effective!!! I am one of the new team members in the office of San Marin and i would personally love to help, you or anyone else that lives here. DON'T RENT HERE 8/31/2007

The management here is very shady. They'll lie to you and try to rip you off. The apartments are actually nice and the complex has a nice feel to it. The maintenance is terrible. We've had water damage in our apartment for over a year and complain and complain and they have never done anything about it. There's also a train next to the complex. It comes quite often and it's very loud. If you like peace, quiet and honest management stay away from the San Miguel/San Marin.
