On 1/30/11 I bought a truck from this dealer. When I left there to go to the Bank they put a bing dent on the righht side of my truck. I was not told about it but when I got up the next day I saw it.I took it back the next day and showed them the dent. They told me that they would repair it but after them keeping it of 6 days I found them painting it with a piant brush and a bottle of paint. I reported them to the BBB and now after they lied to them about the way that I bought the truck and other stuff they went from a B rateing to none at all for now. One moor thing if you do go the look very close to what your looking to buy because the top of my Truck (the cab) the paint is close to rust, and when I pointed this out to them he just said nobody washes the top anyway. And I have a sun roof so they lied there because someone had to clean the class up there. He wants me to call what do you think Look who wants me to call and talk, They all ready lied to the BBB, They lie when they said I did not call or texs I got phone records showing that I did. Plus they did not respond back to BBB when I showed that they lied. Don t Trust this dealer. They got my name number and money so if he wants to get to the bottom of this I think we should do this by e-mail Phillip, thank you for leaving us feedback and bringing this to my attention. Naturally, I m very concerned about your experience with us earlier last year. It s completely unacceptable and I want to get to the bottom of it with my team. I d like for the opportunity to discuss this with you privately. Please feel free to call me at 512.353.5116. Hope to hear from you, Terry Wagner BDC Manager Well the BBB said that it was OK for them to paint my truck with a bottle of paint in one hand and a brush in the other
Mr. Hilley,
I gave the revised estimate we received to Mr. Anderson. He is going to call Texas 46 Collision to verify and see if there is any other way to make a payment. If there is no other way then we will send you a check to the address that we have on file from when you purchased the vehicle. Let me know if there is anything else that needs to be taken care of. I'm glad that we could resolve this issue and have a great day!

Mr. Hilley,
Since seeing recent statements that you have posted on our Yelp account our general manager has requested that you sign a document stating that you will cease and desist any and all statements, written or otherwise, on any type of forum in regards to our dealership. Since we have gone to great lengths to try to repair the situation we feel that we need to protect our reputation as a business. This will be required before you will receive the check for the payment of repair for your vehicle.
I'm not going to sign anythig telling me to stop telling you that they treated me like crap
