The Best Place in the East Bay!!! 8/18/2009

A very close friend of the family stayed here recently. It was referred by one of my fellow collegues that I had gone to school with. Exceptional Rehab, we love Maggie! Overall it is a great place. The care is the best. Thank you to all the staff who made our friends stay very enjoyable. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing much, food improved after we got on the same page. more

False Advertisement 7/19/2008

This place get great ratings for the physical therapy but everything else about the place is horrible. The food is disgusting, the nurses are under trained and make many mistakes, the janitor does a half job cleaning and the place has an smell. Cons: The staff make too many mistakes, the food is crappy and the janitor doesnt clean well. more
