WORST Customer Service 12/15/2011

I had a HORRIBLE experience with San Luis print and copy. There price was twice as high as I was initially quoted, and their work was very poor quality. Furthermore, there customer service was the worst I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life. The owner actually threw a temper tantrum. Please do not use this service. There are better alternatives in San Luis Obispo. Fedex office or UPS. I would highly advise staying as far away from this place as possible, otherwise, you WILL be disappointed. more

Maybe I'd go there again, but only if I had no other choice. 8/15/2010

The owners' customer service skills are atrocious. Furthermore, I've seen the owner go ballistic and have a huge temper tantrum. and take his ""wife"" (?) into his office to scream at her in private. I guess he seems to feel this type of behavior is professional and appropriate. And if he's willing to behave this way in front of customers, I hate to think how he behaves in the privacy of his own home. I went there to have some copying done. Their customer service was tolerable, but not particularly friendly. They come across very arrogant and rude. Since they are one of the few print shops in town, I guess maybe they feel like they can behave however they want. I also partly base my review on the demeanor of the employees. None of whom seemed especially happy to be there. The work they did was acceptable and they did it in the time promised at a ""reasonable"" price. But frankly, I'm not sure that's enough for me to feel comfortable going back in there. You'd be better off just going to ASAP on Higuera. They're much friendlier there and you won't have to put up with the drama. more

Highly Recommend 6/8/2009

Had them design,print and mail a product brochure. The job looked great,was delivered on time, and came in below budget. Their design and sales staff were very professional and easy to deal with. We will definitely use them again more

Disappointing Job from SLO Print and Copy 8/11/2008

My financee and I had the envelopes for our wedding invitations printed at San Luis Obispo Print and Copy. We are extremely disappointed in their printing. The envelopes were not printed as described, there were ink smudges on the envelopes, the printing was blurred, the font was wrong, and the address were off center.\r \r I do not recommend having anything printed through this company. When we tried to get a refund, the customer service representative was rude. They finally agreed to give us a refund, but would not pay for the ruined envelopes. We got the type of treatment one would expect from Staples, but not a printing business.\r \r SLO Print and Copy failed miserably to meet my expectations and I don't recommend giving them business for your printing needs. more
