Some of the nurses are incredibly rude. Our newborn son, my boyfriend and I could never get any sleep because the nurse would come into our room every 20 minutes. The experience at Baytown San Jacinto Hospital was horrible. The only thing that was good there was the food. One of the nurses had the nerve to ask me if the our son was really mine because he's mixed between Black and White. Like I'm really going to have the time to walk into someone else's room and take someone else's child while they're asleep. Wow. Really? How rude and insulting and the way she said it was ridiculous. Hopefully our second child will not be delivered at this hospital. There was only two nurses that were really nice to talk to, but the rest of the nurses were incredibly rude. more

Twice my family member has been there for emergency cardiac services and been told that his cardiologist is "out of town" when he was not! He was NOT seen by a cardiologist until his family found out his doctor was availalbe and called him in! What are they up to???? more

I was in a Motor Vehicle Accident, my mother and I were hit by a drunk driver. I am 7 months pregnant and the service and care I recieved was great. I did not have any bad encounters with any of the staff, everyone was very helpful and they made me feel safe and secure through out the whole time I was there. more

This is one of the last places I would take my child to be seen by a doctor! I have yet to have a good encounter with any staff, the waiting in the ER is ridiculous, even compared to other ERs! I would not recommend this hospital at all. I did everything in my power not to give birth there! more
