I was referred to Dr. Lai after my regular internist retired, and though I had to travel a bit longer for an office visit, found it to be worth the time.\r
He was knowledgable of my very rare Liver disease, as well as the additional problems that came with this disorder. He also knew the course for treatment, which I found to be exceptional.\r
He listens very well to your descriptions of symptoms and diagnoses your ailment as quickly as possible. He also responds to questions you may ask in an understandable fashion. He is understanding and sympathetic to your discomfort or pain, and is a very pleasant person in general. A good physician for anyone in need of one.
