Dr. Zerafat is an awesome emergency dentist! I was freaking out because my front tooth broke one weekend. I called the emergency number and they said no problem, just come to our office and they fixed my tooth the same day. The staff was pleasant and the dentist was professional and friendly. After Dr. Zerafat fixed my tooth it looks like it was never broken. The fee was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the service I’ve received. I recommend Dr. Zerafat to anyone who needs an emergency dentist. more

My son hated going to the dentist because of a bad experience when he was 5 years old. He is now 8 but it’s still difficult to convince him to see a dentist. One day, my son went with me when I had my teeth cleaning by Dr. Zerafat. To my surprise, he requested that his teeth be cleaned too. I didn’t have an appointment for my son but he did his cleaning too. And the best news is that he is not afraid of the dentist anymore. Highly recommending this Dentist Pacific Beach for your family’s dental needs. more

When I was sent to San Diego by my employer, I suddenly had some problems with my braces. The braces didn’t fit right and it was painful, so I looked for an emergency dentist. I was lucky to find Dentist Pacific Beach who let me come in immediately. Thank you Dr. Zerafat and staff for taking good care of my dental emergency. more

My husband and I were about to fly and go on vacation. Early morning he found out that some of his tooth fillings were gone. So, we decided to call an emergency dentist. We called several dentists but they said we needed to have an appointment before the dentist could see my husband. We continued looking for an emergency dentist and we were very glad we found Dr. Zerafat who immediately put in a new filling. more

Dentist Pacific Beach clinic is great! Dr. Zerafat and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I felt at home right away. I went to this dental clinic for teeth cleaning. Their services and treatments are first class, efficient and quick and I am comfortable with them. I recommend Dr. Zerafat for your cosmetic dental needs. He is one of the best cosmetic dentists in the Pacific Beach, San Diego area. I plan on going back for future teeth hygiene needs. more

I had experience throbbing pain with my wisdom tooth for few months. I went to my dentist and he says, there is a need for my wisdom tooth to be extracted but I was so afraid so I did not go through with the extraction. Then one time my wisdom tooth is aching so bad that I cannot take the pain anymore and decided to see my dentist. Unfortunately my dentist is not available, I panic called several dental offices but they said I need to have an appointment with the dentist first. I was feeling so desperate, I called my friend and she recommended that I go see Dr. Zerafat. Without wasting my time I went to the clinic. When the staff saw me, right away she took care of me and takes me in to see the dentist. I am so happy I found this awesome emergency dentist. more

My family has been going to Dentist Pacific Beach for more than 5 years. The dental facilities are very clean and the waiting area is children-friendly. The staff has been professional, accommodating and friendly. My whole family is happy with the dental services we received. The dentist answered the questions and concerns we had regarding our teeth. I had a problem with the stained teeth. I am a coffee addict and tea drinker. My stained teeth made me uncomfortable, especially when I?m attending parties. I told one of my close friends about my teeth problem and he said he has the same problem before, but he got help from Dr. Zerafat and encouraged me to do the same. I followed his recommendation and feel so lucky that I did. Now, my teeth shine and I gained more confidence. more

I am new to San Diego, so I asked my friends for a dental clinic recommendation. Dentist Pacific Beach dental clinic came highly recommended by a friend and a colleague. The staff was friendly and the office was very clean. I did not think twice, I asked for an appointment right away and the staff courteously set it for me. They were very helpful and I will have them take care of my teeth as long as I am in San Diego. more

Excellent! This is the best word I can use to describe this dental clinic. Everyone is so nice. The doctor is practical and honest. My teeth needs extensive work and I am happy that they give me up front estimates on how much I?ll have to pay for the dental treatments they will do to my teeth. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. more

My teenager broke her 3 front teeth and one of the teeth needs to be removed. She was very upset (which of course is a natural reaction especially for a teenager). She needed cosmetic veneers as well as dental implants. We went to Dr. Zerafat's office where she was treated. She never complains of any discomfort and she can chew any foods comfortably. Her teeth look so natural. I am so happy because my daughter is not afraid to smile anymore. more

I called Zerafat's office on the recommendation of a friend who had been riding with me, and quickly gave them a call knowing that my dentist?s office was unavailable. The receptionist said that Dr. Zerafat would be there to help me in a couple of hours and sure enough, I was there in almost no time getting the tooth extraction handled. Additionally, Dr. Zerafat made the process almost pain free which was comforting after what I had been through. more

I was looking online for a new dentist in my area and found dentistpacificbeach.com, which is the home of Dr. Zerafat in San Diego. Being new to the area and knowing no one, I gave the office a call. The receptionist was very patient with my questions as well as discussing my insurance and cost options that I would be dealing with. I recently discovered that I was going to need a porcelain crown and I knew it?d be expensive. Dentist Pacific Beach even offered payment options that would fit my budget. So far, I am extremely satisfied with my dentist. more

Normally, the dentists I have dealt with often treat you as a number. With multiple rooms for dental work, you they are simply passed through an assembly line of patients. Dr. Zerafat's friendly staff and the doctor himself were all a pleasure to deal with on my latest visit. I hate going to the dentists, but they certainly work to put you in a comfort zone that you can appreciate when you have got the dental jitters. They are located literally next door to where I live in Clairemont, over in Pacific Beach, and I would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental care. It is nice to get a little attentiveness when you are on edge about dental care. more

As a college student, my insurance 6/7/2012

As a college student, my insurance options are extremely limited, and this holds true for what little dental insurance that I have. I had already exhausted my dental funding and needed an emergency tooth extraction. My roommate had suggested Dentist Pacific Beach in San Diego. I went there with my tooth throbbing hoping for the best. I explained my financial situation and the receptionists there were completely up front with me. They explained how much the procedure would cost, and even offered a payment plan to help me pay down the cost of the procedure. I put a down payment on the work and paid off the extraction the next week. I???ve never been so impressed with a dental office before. more

I recently needed to get a deep 6/7/2012

I recently needed to get a deep cleaning. My friend recommended Dr. Zerafat, and after having the process done, it???s clear as to why he???s the preferred dentist for this procedure. I knew this wasn???t going to be a pleasant ordeal, but the staff at Dentist Pacific Beach certainly made it more tolerable than I ever would have expected. The cleaning was definitely thorough, while the Dr. Zerafat and his staff were completely gentle with my teeth. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs to have this same procedure done, and I???d expect that you???ll receive exactly the great treatment that I did. more

VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL 5/13/2012

DR.ZERFAT IS THE BEST... i went in yesterday for my wisdom tooth extraction and i was in pain..he looked at my mouth and x-ray, then he said that the tooth needs to me removed as i had an infection in my root. no wonder i was so much in pain..next things you know , he put me on novocain and pain was gone, then he took the tooth out...i'll be going back next week for follow up...very happy with his chairside manner...thanks a lot Dr.Z. more

best dentist in san diego 3/25/2011

i had a horrible toothache at the late monday night and my wife called this office and she got me an appintment. i got there at almost midnight and the doctor was very nice and took care of my pain within few minutes. this doc is great. i was happy to get my tooth fixed. more

the best 6/16/2010

I had major pain, called Dr. Z at 9pm and asked for an appt. ASAP. Next morning (sat.) he met me at his office and examined my tooth. It turned out that I had a crack under my old filling and a major cavity had started. He did his best to save my tooth from a root cannel, then made me a temp. crown. The final product was ready in 3 days, but due to my busy work schedule I couldn't find the time to visit his office for about 2 weeks after the initial visit. I should say the temp. crown was doing its job perfectly and had no problems w/ it. Maybe that's why I put it off for so long, haha. The pain was gone immediately after my initial visit, the whole process was virtually painless. Got my final crown placed the other day, it's awesome, feels and works like a real tooth. I couldn't be more happier with the whole process. I should mention his staff, office decor and music were awesome too. Most definitely he'll be my personal dentist from now on and I'll refer all my family and friends to him. Thanks doc for your help and the most desirable dental visit ever. Pros: painless more
