Wonderful! Your technician did a fabulous job. I did not want to walk on my carpet it looked so clean and beautiful after he was finished. I wanted a no residue, non toxic cleaning and that is what I received. The estimate was very close to the price I paid. I could not be happier. 2/12/2013
