San Clemente Plumbing are great! They originally came in to fix leaks all around the house, and eventually ended up doing the plumbing for the whole house. They're really great guys, a great family, and just a fantastic plumbing service overall. Would definitely recommend them. more

I have known Mike of San Clemente Plumbing since 1996 when we were both working on a school project. Since I am an underground utilities contractor, I often work with plumbers because they hook up to what I put in. We hit it off, and I have found Mike to be a nice guy who knows how to do his job. We not only collaborate together, but also, whenever I have a problem in my own house, I call him up. Mike is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has been in the business for a long time. He also has a great deal of information to share when it comes to suggestions for other types of contractor work. I can't say enough about him. San Clemente Plumbing found all the clean outs for the building we're in in case of an emergency, so that we would know where they are if there was a backup. They provided us with a map. We'd been using them at the building over the last year. The only thing we weren't that thrilled with was their pricing is a little high. Other than that, they were very cooperative. Their service is very good, and they are very friendly. It's just that they are a little pricey. more

San Clemente Plumbing manages the plumbing work of some of our different properties. They are very reliable. Every time I call them, they are give me a call back in a timely fashion. I mostly communicate with MarryAnne. She is excellent at what she does. San Clemente Plumbing does all the legwork necessary with the jobs we hire them for. They keep in contact with our tenants directly. They just reach out to us when they need permission to replace something or repair it. I know there are many different choices of plumbers out there, and I have had my fair share of them, too. San Clemente Plumbing, however, offers a superb service. Give them a try. We have had nothing but success with them. We only wish they were located in more counties where some of our other buildings are! more

I've never had any problems with San Clemente Plumbing. I've even recommended them to my landlord. I've used them a few times. Most recently they put in a new heater, and they helped fix an issue with the tub and sink at a prior time. They get here right away and take care of things in a timely manner. They are always quick and to the point. We love MarryAnn. She's great. We can always get in touch with her. The guys are fast, friendly and do things quickly. They don't make you wait like other companies if you have an emergency. I haven't ever needed to use anybody else. They're priced fairly. They don't take advantage of you. If you have a problem with your plumbing, you don't need someone next Tuesday. You need something right now. San Clemente Plumbing's response time is always instantaneous. They do a thorough job and the price is reasonable. We've probably been using their company for about ten years. We've tried other plumbers for one reason or another and keep coming back to them because they're the best. Mary Anne answers the phone and knows right away who you are. She knows everything about your house, so you don't have to explain a whole lot. She takes care of it. She gets someone over quickly and they do the job. Give this company a chance! more
