You need to consider another attorney. Kelsall's staff constantly writes letters using poor grammer, the wrong names,and inappropriate terms. It is Incredible that Mr. Kelsall allows such unprofessionalism to continue. Mr. Kelsall lacks the experience and or knowledge to adequately represent his clients without putting them in a legal bind. Find someone else! more

In meeting Attorney Kellsail I was at my worse of the worse with lawsuits and just financial mess from loosing our home in foreclosure and the fall out would not end. When I left the office after our initial meeting I knew working with Attorney Kelsall and his staff was going to be okay. Well we were better than okay. We decided BK was the way for us to go and I was amazed. Never once did I feel a shame of our decision, overwhelmed , or confused. We knew step by step what was expected from both us and the firm. The compassion and understanding from the staff and Attorney Kelsall was extraordinary and we have a new lease on life. The professionalism of this law office is one of Excellence. more

I had the pleasure of hiring Samuel Kelsall to help me with a modification to my family trust and bankruptcy. I must say that his professional and curtious service he and his staff provided was exemplary. If in need of an attorney again I would definetly use his services. more

If I could give less than one star I would! Let me start off by saying I am familiar with attorneys and how they operate. We went to Mr Kelsall as a refferal from MetLaw. We are also informing them how disappointed we are in the service we received from this so called law firm and Mr. Kelsall. From the start Mr Kelsall sent red flags up. We should have listened to our inner instint. He never returns phone calls and filed incorrect paperwork with the court. When he returns a phone call on occassion, he acts like he is not aware that we have been trying to contact him. It got to the point he missed a deadline in court and was suppossed to appear on our behalf but didn't because he didnt think he needed to....which in turn cost us more money!! We have since sought counsel elsewhere and found out that Mr. Kelsall has been sued before and doesn't have a great reputation. It was our mistake for not checking throughly first. If you are doing a BK be warned he has only been doing them for two years and has only done about 43 of them. He doesn't know what he is doing. Just wait until it is his fault someones' house gets forclosed on! He leaves it up to his staff to do the paperwork which has been riddled with gramatical errors on several occassions and even the wrong names!! The error in paperwork got our vehicle repossesed!! We might be possibly taking action to sue him for malpractice and the value of our vehicle. We are also writing a letter to complain to the State Bar Association. Communication is not in is vocabulary!! The only time we were able to contact him was when we used a different phone number from what we provided him! Find another experienced attorney!! We have since fired Mr. Kelsall as our attorney and we did our research and have found another wonderful attorney!! We have literally met with our new attorney for two hours and received much more information than Mr. Kelsall has given us in six months..........go elsewhere!! Don't believe the good reviews as I believe they are Mr. Kelsall's associates writing them to off set the negatives ones! more

I had a Great opportunity to have Mr. Kelsall work as my lawyer. He was professional, staff was very helpful, and got my things ready as said. Staff was very helpful when I had questions. If you're looking for a lawyer who actually cares, you should definitely call Mr. Kelsall. I will be going back, if I need a lawyer in the future. more
