We built a new construction home, and Sampson Security Services is who the builder uses to do their wiring. Working with this company has been a nightmare from the beginning. The guy we were dealing with rarely returns calls, and when he does and you ask him to fix something, you're lucky if he shows up. He didn't put the access panel where we requested--he put it on the floor when we specifically asked for it to be up several feet. By the time he FINALLY came back to fix it, the carpet had already been laid in the house, so there was a huge drywall/dust mess. He also didn't wire the house for phone line, and he did this on purpose. He thought because we had network cable, we wouldn't want phone line. We PAID for phone line and it should have been installed whether this yahoo thought we wanted it or not, so that's yet another huge mess, holes cut in the wall (after the walls had already been painted and finished). Once we finally moved in, now we can't even get proper internet service because the network cable and outlets that we paid **$1,000** to have wired in weren't done properly. At this point, we're using one of Comcast's modems and the whole house is on wifi until my husband can repair every network outlet in the house. This company is a JOKE. Save your money (and your sanity!) and go with someone else. more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CONSIDERATION 8/22/2011

I can't tell you how excited we were to find a DSC service tech (Charles Grone - Samson Security Buford Ga) in our area. I also can't tell you how disappointed I was to be strung along for the past 5 days by Charles Grone. I'll skip through the last 5 days of ""Call me later"" ""Call me tomorrow and we'll talk"" ""Call me Monday OK?"" etc. and get to today's events. I took off work today to meet Charles Grone. I called Charles at 9:15am as he requested on Friday. He said ""Let me call you back."" I waited. 3 hours later I called Charles AGAIN. I asked Charles what was going on? Are you coming to Lawrenceville today? Charles told me YES I'm in Loganville now, LET ME CALL YOU BACK. This was during my 2nd call to Charles Grone (at 12:45 pm). I waited. 5 hours and 15 min later (6pm) I CALLED AGAIN. This time Charles informed me it was late and he didn't think he would be able to make it out today, some part he needed wasn't on the truck and something about some guy that was supposed to do the work wasn't there - I couldn't understand him word for word because of a bad cell phone connection. I was stunned. Needless to say I was not happy. I went off. I started by asking who do you think you are to make me wait all day! Why didn't you tell me this morning you couldn't make it today?! I took a day off work for this! When were you going to call and let me know you weren't coming? etc. Charles responded by hanging up on me. That was the icing on the cake. If this guy is that incompetent, and that irresponsible, and that inconsiderate, I DON'T WANT HIM IN MY HOUSE! When I called him at 6pm he was already home! When do you think he was going to call and let me know he wasn't coming? I understand you probably do not know these service techs personally. That's why I'm writing you. To inform you of the kind of service tech (Charles Grone) turned out to be. His customer service/consideration is appalling. I honestly don't know how this man stays employed. I do know this, Charles Grone would be the LAST person I would recommend to anyone as a service tech. I value my customers and my own reputation too much. I'm furious at the lack of common courtesy/consideration and overall unprofessional attitude of this individual. F - Sincerely Disgruntled In Lawrenceville more
