EXCELLENT SERVICE. Sam's showed up within 15 minutes of our call, no drama (even though we had to fight with four OTHER providers to tow a Porsche on a flatbed), put the car on the truck, hauled it to the repair facility, and actually helped us push it into the repair bay. By far the best tow/transport service I have ever had. THANKS!!! more

Just a note, Sam's Towing has not been that location for over a year, Nor do they have an employee named Mike. This particular location was sold to another tow company that now operates in that location. The only location as of this point is 7840 14th Avenue, Sacramento, Ca 95826 I am writing this to say that I appreciated their fast responseand curtious service and will gladly use them again more

Very UNETHICAL treatment and service. This company attempt to run around to several unnecessary agencies in an effort to ""clear"" your vehicle so you can pick it up. Likes you to pay cash so it can end up in their pockets!! FYI...IRS agents...might want to check into them. If you find they have picked your car up in error, INSIST they allow you to physically inspect the car and look for the registration...Mike claimed it wasn't in the car but was exactly where we told him it was. He was trying to run around so much that it would cause us to miss the 5pm cut off which would allow him the chance to charge extra days of storage. BEWARE!!!!!!!! Call an attorney if you must!!!!! We are thinking of suing.... Pros: they have nothing positive about their operations...BEWARE! Cons: they are game players...try to hold your vehicle by requiring you to make unnecessary trips to other agencies for ""sign off"" if you are towed. more
