Pizza is good, reasonably priced & the staff is always friendly, helpful & quick. Popular for HS kids & their families for post-game pizza & good for family pizza party as well. more

Sam's pizza is nestled within the heart of Rockford, Illinois. Not much for glitz it has that old Italy feel- family owned, warm staff and phenomenal pizza make it worth chatting about!!! It is a Rockford staple- and getting in there to get that fresh, warm pizza in a bag- now that is something to write home about. more

I had been on the quest to find the best pizza in town since I moved here from Chicago. For the first teo years I have tried all places and finally stumbled into Sam's Pizza on Charles Street (815-398-5952).\r WOW! I am so happy to have found them. When I go back to my old neighborhood I refuse to eat any pizza and wait to get home to order Sam's. They are the best pizza in town. They also have other fine Italian cusine as well. I order there at least 3 times a week.\r I recommend everyone to stop in/pick up/ or delivery. Even delivery is very fast! more
