Sam's is a great bbq restaurant in an area that's lost some good ones over the last few years.
The pork ribs are my favorite, often falling-off-the-bone tender, but the chicken and brisket are superb as well. The sauce is wonderful, and if you've got some extra, spoon it on to your baked potato for a real treat.
About the only negative is that the ribs can be a bit dry on rare occasions... but even then they're great!
Pros: sauce, price, tender!
