Sam's installed upper seat belt and window regulator for my car. When I received the car, there was a 5-inch scratch under the door which the window's regulator was fixed. Of course, Sam claimed that he did not see the scratch before and neither did I when I dropped off the car. Anyway, he estimated that the scratch would cost $280 to fix and I took it to another body shop in the city and it only cost me $150. The whole thing did not stop there, my auto window roll down and the power seat did not work properly due to improper assembly in fixing the window regulator and the seat belt.
