In all the moving compines we have ever used they were by far the best!! On time, estimate was accurate, professional, and not 1 broken glass!!! They even made a stressfull process actually much better. Would def. use again!!! Thanks!! more

This move was made easy by Don, Brian, and the other guys on my job. I had them pack the contents of my home and move them to my new home. They were cautious with my belongings and also my homes. They removed my front door and padded all my railings to avoid any damage to my home. At one point I went to throw out a bag of garbage and Brian insisted that he bring it out for me! He said...we are movers...this is what we do. This was way above the call of duty in my opinion! The entire crew was friendly, considerate, responsible, and dependable. Samonas Prime Moving moved a "home" of 18+ years. They were very efficient and professional in moving some very large and heavy pieces of furniture. My family and I have used Samonas Prime Moving and Storage mulitple times to move locally and out of state. They were exceptional every time. The men that work for them are always polite, professional and helpful. It really impressed me when my pregnant wife went to lift a box and one of the employees stopped her and said " your only job today is to relax and point to where the boxes are to go" They went out of there way to make sure everything was where we wanted it and helped put everything back together...this family owned moving company is exceptional!! Upon arriving at my mother's home in Florida they discovered that she was unprepared to move. The driver (Don) called me immediately and we discussed our options. He then went and purchased boxes, with his own money, to begin packing my mother's home. When the truck arrived here on Long Island, Don and his crew placed all of her belongings in her new apartment, right where she wanted them. The way that he calmed her nerves and treated her as if she was his own mother still brings a smile to my face. I truly was stressed that I couldn't have been there, but since he took such amazing care of her, I would trust Samonas Prime moving to do anything. Samonas Prime Moving is a wonderful family owned company that really cares about the people that they move. I would highly recommend them to anyone. WOW!! I have moved many a times and never had the experience that I've had with "Samonas Prime Moving & Storage". This is horrible to pay THOUSANDS of dollars to have your life moved and put in storage and then... whew, I have to take a breath. Have this place change their agreement. The problem stems with having the entire move paid for prior to the agreed terms because the movers claimed to be in need of cash. Well.... that's not right. Nevertheless, it's been paid. After coming up with thousands of dollars prior to the agreed time.... The movers threatened to auction the property in storage. I understand that economic times are not the best... However, the lack of professionalism just is beyond anything a person should have to deal with. If there is a set contract and oral agreement a business should stand behind their promise. To make threats is something I would really consider being a prior business owner myself. The saying I've always lived by is "The customer is ALWAYS right"; & in this case there's no question.
