My boyfriend and I took our laptop here recently, the WORST EXPERIENCE of our lives. BUYER BEWARE, AVOID THIS PLACE. My boyfriend noticed they put screws back in the wrong places, causing damage and sticking out of the plastic. This place does not know what they are doing, we were VERY unpleased. Also, either the owner or manager has a really filthy mouth and was using f words constantly behind the counter. He didnt wait on us, but we overheard him talking loudly. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Overall it was a horrible experience, will not go back at all. more

Friendly and Professional Computer Service 3/22/2012

Friendly and professional, not pushy at all, didn't make me (the non-computer speak type) feel like a moron, VERY convenient hours and accessible location, fixed my laptop very fast. A+. Dropped off my laptop in the evening, got a call the next early afternoon with my explanation & estimate - Clearly explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and my options. Best Laptop Help Ever! 3/22/2012

I'm very appreciative of these guys for the outstanding service they provided. My laptop had multiple, troubling problems, preventing me from using it at all. The wonderful people here completely solved everything, and they did it quickly. And they were very kind and patient, allowing me to stay there for some time so that I could check over everything to make sure all my files were still there and safe. Customer service NOT 8/17/2011

They better stick to selling Raven gear. Their 'same day repair' is a bigger lie than anything coming out of DC or Annapolis. I'll never set foot in any of their 3 stores again. I only gave em 1 star because the site requires a rating and won't allow 1/2 a star or a negative. more
