Same Day appliance service was very helpful, they talked to me through on the phone how to stop my dishwasher flooding my kitchen and then diagnosed problem correctly; arrived on time and fixed my dishwasher and explained me the issue with some tips to avoid this in future. Very genuine team! more

Highly recommend this company 2/27/2013

eOur furnace shut off on a recent cold weekend. When we called Same day appliance, they were pleasant to deal with & had someone sent out the same day. The technician was very professional and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken igniter & was able to get the part replaced during the visit. We would definitely recommend this company & would call again! more

Reasonable price 2/21/2013

I contacted this team and gave a description of the fault. Team sent me an estimate. I accepted and they rang me to say the part was in stock and made arrangements for repair. Team rang me to say they were on the way. They got straight down to work and obviously knew what they were doing and cleaned up afterwards. Team has an excellent no frills tradesman and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent knowledge 2/8/2013

24/7 service is truly great, Repairman was really helpful on the phone, he tried to work out what the problem was before he even came out which was excellent. He located the fault, ordered the part and fixed the machine. He was enthusiastic, courteous and had an excellent knowledge. There was no call out charge and he was extremely helpful. Thank you. more

Great technician 1/30/2013

I called repairman in the morning. He asked for a description of the problem. He then gave me a quote and was able to fit me in within twenty minutes of my call. He explained what the issues could be as he was checking different parts of the machine. He made sure all is working well, before he left and cleaned up once his work was finished. Very friendly as well. I would certainly recommend him. more

Excellent Team and Great Price 1/29/2013

Company provided immediate help over the phone and then kindly managed to fit a visit in that day in case he needed to order the spare part. Luckily he fixed it there and then so we weren't "oven-less" over the weekend. Very helpful, tidy and on budget. more
